A surcharge is added to the regular premium when there is a specific or elevated risk. This increase is usually spread out over the remaining payments, which explains the increase.

In the event of contract cancellation, we will wait for reimbursement of the cancellation credit from your insurer. As soon as payment is received, it will be applied to the balance of your file. If an amount remains unpaid, we will make one or more deductions from your account to settle the balance.
